Delivery Information

All orders are shipped either with Deutsche Post or DHL. Standard postage and shipping does not include tracking, so please ensure to select a different service if you want tracking. The shipping page within the ordering process also includes multiple options for shipping. We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving, provided the book is in stock. If we are not able to do so, we will contact you.

For Deutsche Post & DHL Paket shipments please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. For DHL Päckchen deliveries please allow 4-5 days. Please contact us for orders not received within this time frame. For international orders please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery.

Quarantining? At home with small children? Or otherwise unable to reach the shop in person? Free delivery within Kreuzberg & Neukölln is possible by prior arrangement. Please inquire below.

At present, we do not ship outside the European Union, unless by prior arrangement.
